A Family Passion for Food & Nature

Island Harvest is shaped by a family that has always lived close to the garden and the kitchen. Founder Andre Richardson trained under his father, a pioneer of Melbourne’s dining scene, and later mentored his nephew Adrian Richardson – now a well-known chef and TV personality. Andre’s mother, a passionate gardener and lifelong vegetarian, inspired our deep respect for growing your own and cooking with intention. That same spirit lives on in everything we do – making food that’s thoughtful, seasonal, and full of flavour.

I just wanted to say I just tried your panna cotta coconut with mango and passionfruit and it was really good. I ordered a panna cotta in a restaurant the other night and yours was way better. That restaurant should save time and sell yours instead. so good.

Good afternoon, I’ve just polished off one of your Panna Cotta’s with Raspberry Coulis. It was amazing! Your panna cotta’s are seriously the best I’ve eaten. It’s also hard to find panna cotta that doesn’t contain gelatine (which I don’t eat) so thank you so much for not using gelatine in your products. I love eating your panna cotta’s and just wanted to send in some feedback so you know how much they are appreciated by people like me 🙂

The last time I felt strongly about a supermarket dessert was total disappointment in the product. The chocolate mousse was like an American ‘jello’ and completely vile. I had to send them a message expressing my disgust.
I wasn’t expecting great things when I picked up your salted caramel panna cotta. My stunned delight when I passed my spoon through your rich, velvety, perfectly sweetened panna cotta, only increased as I poured the real caramel alongside. Thankyou for creating a real product. It stands alone amongst the fake fillers and stabilisers that crowd the supermarket shelves. I’m going straight back to buy your other flavours.
